​Event Details

​

The Brainspotting (BSP) Intensive was originally devised by Dr. David Grand, founder and developer of Brainspotting, to provide a deeper learning and healing experience for Brainspotting practitioners.

​

This Intensive builds on the foundational theory and practice of Brainspotting and is a master class in advanced clinical BSP therapy skills.​​

​

The registration is capped at 10 participants and we will train for 5 full days at a residence near Los Angeles. The address and travel tips will be provided after registration. You can invite a colleague who is Phase 1 and 2 trained to join us.

​

There are 10 experientials in the center of the group with each participant being therapist once and client once. Joy, a Brainspotting Trainer will guide each participant through the therapeutic process in the healing circle. Extensive debriefs will follow each experiential healing session.

We will slow things down as we review and help you embody basic and advanced Brainspotting theory and skills. The learning will not be limited to Phase 1 and Phase 2 setup frames and concepts. Joy frequently integrates Expansion Brainspotting and other creative frames during experientials.

Join us after attending Phase 1 and Phase 2 to deepen and broaden your keen understanding of Brainspotting as a Neuroexperiential Model. We have rented a residence for a relaxed and intimate group learning experience. Shared and private rooms are available on a first come - first served basis. 

Joy's "East meets West" teaching approach has been shown to help embody the fundamentals of Brainspotting and learn to you attune with ease. She loves supporting fellow practitioners and is excited about offering this opportunity to experience breakthrough healing and help you strengthen your Brainspotting practice.

Priority registration and support is available to BSP colleagues who are recovering from the recent fires in California.
