Brainspotting (BSP) celebrates it's 20th anniversary this year!
BSP is known both as a versatile trauma therapy approach and an effective way to address performance and creativity enhancement. It is a powerful yet organic approach aiming to help individuals experience deep, long-term healing. This live webinar will provide an overview of foundational theory, a live demonstration of a Brainspotting session, and a Q/A. Those already registered for a Phase 1 with Joy are invited to attend this pre-training at no charge.
